Olympus is the best pool company in FL by far. Their practice of automatically outfitting their projects with the best product lines (filters, heaters, etc) and consistency of their hardware ensures service consistency. Once our pool moved to the construction phases, we were very impressed with the quality of the work. Now that we are nearing completion and final stages, we are looking forward to the last few touches. Our kids have been using the pool the day Peter said we could use it, and have been in it every day since! Peter has been a game changer for us and has kept us well informed of the last few steps, seeing this project through to completion. He genuinely cares about us as a customer and I look forward to the continued support well after the pool has been completed! On another note, Mike Kite came out yesterday. Wow - I hope he's the automation expert for Olympus, because he REALLY knows all the details about optimizing the systems and getting things going. He was very helpful and offered to help with anything else moving forward.

We had our pool built around April of 2018 and completed around June of 2018. The quality of work is excellent. However, the only problem we had was the project manager was non-existence. Iris and Alex were great. The owner should make one of them the project manager. The project manager Brian M. barely came out. We had to contact the owner, who was great as well. Toni the sales consultant did a good job of setting expectations. I had recommended Olympus to several co-workers who had their pools built with Olympus. I am very pleased with the Owner, Iris, Alex and Toni.

We are so pleased and satisfied with the superb quality and responsive customer service for our pool that Olympus Pools built for us a year and a half ago. Our pool design was customized by James to accommodate the size and shape of our backyard perfectly. Each aspect of the design- the spa, the deck, interior tiles in the pool, the water features, the pool lights- all compliment each other for a total luxury experience. We don't have any need or desire to visit the beautiful local lagoon because we enjoy our own pool experience so much. I highly recommend Olympus Pools for meeting the customers' needs for the quality of design, workmanship, and service! A true 5 star experience!

Nikki did a great job scheduling our appointments and updating us with any changes. Mario was on site making sure every detail was correct. My experience with Nicky, Pete and Mario from Olympus pools has been great. Nicky has gone into detail explaining everything to me, and very concerned everything be done exactly the way it needs to be done, Pete has worked very long hours to have my pool ready for the next crew coming. He was very patient , always called ahead when he was or even wasn't coming. He is a wonderful person to have helping with your construction. Nicky and Pete definitely go above and beyond to assist with your pool construction experience, and Mario is very quick at answering messages and assisting with scheduling and any issues that come up. They always knew what was going on and they were always ready to help. My backyard was below level and Mario came out and had it fixed right away, My pool needed a few things corrected and Kicky was there scheduling everything, and Pete was getting the job done.
